This month’s feature recipe is from Rob’s cousin, Chef Brian Townsend and his wife and Sous Chef, Yvonne. Brian currently resides in Denver, Colorado but has never forgotten his Brenneman roots in Iowa and his time spent on his Grandfather’s farm, working alongside Rob and seeing firsthand Rob’s passion for raising pigs. Brian has that same passion for creating delicious, exciting and soulful dishes focusing on using all cuts of pork.
